We are kicking off our new menu today! Chef Robertshaw is really focusing on sourcing clean and local. We began sourcing all our chicken from Crystal Lake Farms and our ham and bacon is coming from Benton’s, an artisanal production facility that smokes and cures its ham the old fashioned way. Chef has been working with local farmers to start incorporating local, seasonal, fresh vegetables into our sandwiches and salads.
We also have some amazing, hearty dinner options available, come check it out! We have also simplified our coffee menu so we can start doing our syrups in house. Once we get everything dialed in, we will start doing more dinner specials to get everyone excited about the move to our new spot later this summer!
